These wines are aimed at the restaurant hotel
and catering sectors. The wines in this collection combine quality and
optimal pricing with elegant design and packaging which is in itself an
expression of the care that we place in the making of this line, the
wines are distinguished and have a clean and fragrant bouquet while
offering the palate the typical generous flavour that the lands of
Romagna offer.
The
White Wines
- White Pinot, has a classical yellowish colour with hints of
green, a delicate bouquet which is characteristic yet intense, while
the taste is dry fresh and harmonic.
- Trebbiano, of
yellowish colour, a characteristic intense bouquet and is fresh and
light to taste.
The
Red Wines
- Cabernet Sauvignon, has an
intense red colour, its bouquet is fruity similar to open fields, the
taste is persistent and full bodied rich yet soft.
- Merlot, has an dark red colour tending to a shade of
purple, its bouquet is spicy and intense while its taste is balanced
and soft.
- Sangiovese, ruby red in colour with hints of
violet, a bouquet of spring flowers, while the taste is savoury with a
bitterish aftertaste.
